Job summary

The Cardiovascular Sales Representative (CSR) at Syneos Health is responsible for achieving or exceeding sales goals within an assigned geography while operating in a compliant and ethical manner. This role develops and executes territory strategies, identifies customer needs, and drives results.

Using strong analytical skills, the CSR evaluates regional market data to build and implement strategic territory business plans, foster lasting professional relationships, and collaborate effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/s cardiometabolic sales experience preferred.
• Experience in payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Strong ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.
• Self-motivated with autonomy and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals in an assigned territory.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and manage interactions with top customers.
• Use data tools and insights to inform strategies and decision-making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling and deliver group presentations.
• Plan and organize territory activities according to an action plan.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute Syneos Health brand strategy in the geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
