Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative in Riverside, CA, to drive territory results with a strategic plan and strong customer engagement. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in pharma/biopharma sales and cardiovascular experience, with a history of top‑tier wins, CRM proficiency and the autonomy to manage activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor‑controlled markets preferred.
• Consistent track record of top‑tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on targets in the designated territory.
• Experience launching products in competitive marketplace.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate.
• Self‑motivated and able to work with autonomy.
• Strong technical & analytical skills including CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners including FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction expectations with top customers.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for decision‑making.
• Demonstrate account‑based selling skills with group presentations.
• Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute the company’s brand strategy and tactics in the geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Comply with legal, regulatory and compliance policies with integrity.
