Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive sales in the Rancho Cucamonga territory.

You will develop and execute territory plans, build lasting relationships with target physicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize market access and performance. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in pharma/biopharma sales, with cardiovascular experience preferred, and demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Strong ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decisions.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and presentations.
• Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing.
