Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative in Fremont, CA to achieve sales goals across an assigned territory.

You will develop and execute territory plans, build professional physician relationships, and collaborate with FRMs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations. The role demands strong business acumen, self-motivation, and a proven sales track record in regulated markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience in cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales is strongly preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Navigate a complex, matrixed selling environment with cross-functional collaboration (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction expectations with top customers.
• Use data tools and insights to shape strategies and decision making for the territory.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills, including group presentations and planning.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular coverage of the territory according to a plan of action.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner and align with brand strategy.
• Participate in training and development programs and maintain compliance with policies.
