Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals within an assigned geography, developing territory strategies and building lasting professional relationships. You will leverage data and cross-functional collaboration to drive results while complying with regulatory standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field, 3+ years pharma sales, and 2+ years cardiovascular experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on assigned targets in the designated territory geography highly desired.
• Experience launching products in a competitive marketplace.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information, apply technical proficiency and communicate.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with autonomy and independence.
• Strong technical & analytical skills including proficiency with CRM, AI tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations colleagues in a matrixed environment.
• Identify key influencers and meet customer interaction expectations.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for decision-making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and prepare presentations.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular coverage of the territory.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute brand strategy and tactics within the geographic area.
