Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals within an assigned geography. You will develop territory plans, build professional physician relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results.

The role requires a Life Sciences or related degree, 3+ years pharma sales, and strong analytical and communication skills. Travel and self-motivation are essential in this autonomous, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years in cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
Proven top-tier sales accomplishments.

Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory.
Develop and execute integrated territory business plans.
Establish professional relationships with targeted physicians.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
Use data and insights to determine strategies and tactics.
Plan activities for regular territory coverage and manage budget.
