Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative responsible for achieving sales goals within an assigned geography. You will develop territory strategies, analyze market data, and build strong professional relationships with physicians and cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field, 3+ years of pharma sales, and a preference for cardiovascular experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
Experience in managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
Track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.
Must be self-motivated with autonomy and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
Identify key influencers and manage customer interaction expectations with top targets.
Utilize data tools to determine strategies and tactics for business decisions.
Plan and organize territory activities to ensure regular coverage.
Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Execute brand strategy within the geographic area.
