Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive territory sales in a compliant, ethical manner. You will develop strategic plans, build relationships with targeted physicians, and work with cross-functional teams to exceed goals in a competitive market.

The role requires strong business acumen, autonomy, and the ability to analyze data to shape territory strategy. Travel may be required; you will represent Syneos Health with integrity and a patient-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field is required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Proven track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.
• Must be self-motivated with high autonomy and independence.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory via an integrated territory plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Use data/tools to determine strategies and tactics for business decisions.
• Demonstrate account-based selling and organize territory coverage.
• Manage territory budget to support sales/marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute brand strategy within geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Comply with all policies and maintain integrity and professionalism.
