Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals in the Gaithersburg territory. You will develop and execute territory plans, identify customer needs and build lasting professional relationships with targeted physicians.

Ideal candidates will have a life sciences or related degree, 3+ years pharma/biopharma sales experience, and strong business acumen. Travel may be required as part of territory coverage and collaboration with cross-functional teams is

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory with an integrated plan.
Establish professional relationships with targeted physicians.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations).
Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations.
Use data tools to determine strategies and tactics for business decision-making.
Plan territory activities and manage budget and administrative tasks.
