Syneos Health in Columbia, MD seeks a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive territory plans, build physician relationships, and exceed sales targets. The role requires strong business acumen, autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration across Medical, Marketing and Operations.

The CSR will utilize data-driven insights to optimize strategies, manage budgets, and execute the company’s brand tactics within the territory. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience in managed markets and top-tier sales track record preferred.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Achieve/exceed targeted sales goals in assigned territory by executing an integrated territory plan.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decisions.
• Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage and manage the territory budget.
