Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals across an assigned geography while operating ethically and compliantly. The CSR will develop territory strategies, identify customer needs, and build professional relationships with physicians, leveraging cross-functional collaboration to drive results.

Ideal candidates have strong business acumen, self-motivation, and a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Strong ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate it effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decision-making.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular coverage of the territory and manage the territory budget.
