Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative (CSR) in Maryland to drive sales within an assigned geography while maintaining compliance and integrity. The CSR will develop territory strategies, build relationships with physicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize opportunities and ensure accurate administrative execution.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a strong business acumen, leadership, and data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Strong ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations colleagues.
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decision-making.
