Job summary

Syneos Health, a leading biopharmaceutical solutions company, is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative in Carlsbad, CA. The CSR will drive sales in an assigned territory by executing strategic plans, building physician relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote company therapies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Life Sciences or related field and 3+ years of pharma sales, with CV/metabolic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales experience preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on targets in the designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by executing an integrated territory plan.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify influencers and interactions with top customers.
• Utilize data tools to guide strategy and decision-making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling and organize territory coverage.
• Manage territory budget and complete administrative tasks timely.
• Implement the company’s brand strategy within the geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Adhere to all laws, regulations and compliance policies.
