Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve and exceed sales goals in an assigned geography, within a compliant and ethical framework. You will develop and execute territory strategies, identify customer needs, and drive results through strategic plans and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires strong business acumen, self-motivation, and the ability to communicate complex medical information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years in cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory with an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Identify key influencers and meet customer interaction expectations.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decisions.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and conduct group presentations.
• Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute the company’s brand strategy within the territory.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Comply with all laws and policies.
• Additional duties as required.
