Job summary

Syneos Health in McLean, VA is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive territory growth and achieve sales targets within a compliant framework. The CSR will develop territory plans, engage targeted physicians and cross-functional teams, and use data insights to prioritize opportunities, while maintaining high integrity and professional standards in all interactions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in assigned territory with an integrated business plan.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
Identify key influencers and manage customer interaction expectations.
Use data tools and insights to guide business decisions and tactics.
Plan and organize activities to ensure territory coverage per plan.
Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Execute brand strategy within the geographic area.
