Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive territory growth in McLean, VA, leveraging an integrated business plan and strong customer relationships. The CSR will manage physician relationships, execute strategic plans, and travel as needed while delivering consistent results and maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Life Sciences, Business or related).
• 3+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
• Experience in managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Strong track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.
• Self-motivated with high autonomy and independence.
• Proficient with CRM, AI tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory with an integrated business plan.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction expectations for top customers.
• Use data tools/insights to guide strategies and tactics for decisions.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and conduct group presentations.
