Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive sales within an assigned Oklahoma City territory. The role involves developing territory plans, building relationships with key physicians, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to maximize opportunities.

The candidate should have a life sciences degree and 3+ years in pharma/biopharma sales, with cardiovascular exposure preferred. Autonomy, strong communication, and proficiency in CRM and data tools are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
Proven top-tier sales accomplishments and autonomy.

Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by executing an integrated territory plan.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to grow opportunities.
Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations teams.
Identify influencers and meet interaction expectations with top customers.
Use data tools and insights to decide strategies and tactics for business decisions.
Demonstrate account-based selling skills including group presentations.
Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage and manage the budget.
Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner and support brand strategy.
