Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. seeks a Cardiovascular Sales Representative in Oklahoma City to achieve sales targets by executing an integrated territory plan. You will build relationships with physicians, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage data insights to drive strategic decisions.

The role requires strong business acumen, self-motivation, and autonomy with up to 70% travel. A bachelor’s degree and pharma/biopharma sales experience are required, with cardiovascular exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles in pharma/biopharma.
• Experience with CRM systems and data analysis for territory planning.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals in assigned territory.
• Build professional relationships with targeted physicians and accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Utilize data tools to inform strategic decisions and territory plans.
• Manage territory budget and complete administrative tasks timely.
