Job summary

Mass General Brigham's outpatient operations hub is seeking a capable administrator to coordinate daily activity and supervise support staff. You will oversee HR processes, scheduling, billing coordination, and supply management, ensuring smooth patient flow and accurate record-keeping.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. Onsite schedule is Monday–Friday with competitive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in related field preferred; high school diploma required.
• 0-1 year supervisory experience; 2-3 years in academic healthcare environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and ability to work with staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, evaluate, train and develop support staff.
• Provide day-to-day supervision and direction to staff.
• Assign work and monitor performance.
• Coordinate scheduling, billing, and patient flow as part of operations.
• Oversee purchasing, petty cash, and supplies.
