Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative in Nashville, TN to achieve sales goals within an assigned territory, developing and executing strategic plans, and building professional relationships with targeted physicians.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field, 3+ years pharma sales, and ability to travel up to 70%. Strong analytical skills and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field is required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience is required.
• Experience in cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales is strongly preferred.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.
• Must be self-motivated with high autonomy and travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory with an integrated business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Use data tools and insights to shape strategies and tactics.
• Plan territory activities to ensure regular coverage and manage territory budget.
