Job summary

Syneos Health in Nashville is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve territorial sales goals by developing and executing an integrated business plan, building physician relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will analyze regional data to inform strategy, manage territory budget, and deliver compliant, ethical customer engagements in a highly managed market. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales.
• 2+ years cardiovascular/cardiometabolic strongly preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets is strongly preferred.
• Consistent track record of documented top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on assigned targets in the designated territory geography highly desired.
• Experience launching products in competitive marketplace.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information, apply technical proficiency and effectively communicate.
• Must be self‑motivated and able to work with a high level of autonomy and independence.
• Strong technical & analytical skills including proficiency with CRM, AI tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for decision-making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and conduct group presentations.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular coverage of the territory.
