Job summary

Syneos Health in Nashville seeks a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive sales in an assigned geography, building strategic territory plans and strong professional relationships with physicians.

The role requires 3+ years of pharma/biopharma sales, 2+ years in cardiovascular areas, and comfort with data-driven, compliant selling in a managed market. Travel and autonomy are expected, with opportunities to collaborate across medical, market access, and operations teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience strongly preferred.
Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets is strongly preferred.
Proven track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.

Responsibilities

Achieve/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by executing an integrated plan.
Establish and maintain relationships with targeted physicians and accounts.
Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations teams.
Identify key influencers and manage customer interactions to target top accounts.
Use data tools and insights to shape strategies and decision-making.
Demonstrate account-based selling through presentations and engagements.
Plan territory coverage and manage the territory budget for activities.
Complete administrative tasks timely and comply with all policies.
