iRhythm Technologies is seeking a high-performing Field-based Territory Manager for the Raleigh, NC area to accelerate growth by acquiring new business and expanding iRhythm’s footprint within health systems. You will drive Zio platform adoption among cardiologists, EPs, and other clinical stakeholders in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

The role requires a track record in medical device sales, strategic thinking, and strong relationship-building skills, with extensive field travel

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience; minimum 3 years in medical device or healthcare tech.
• Strong preference for cardiology/EP and IDN exposure.
• Proven success launching territories or capturing market share through value-based selling.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans in complex environments.
