Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones promptly and courteously across multiple lines.
• Schedule and cancel appointments per guidelines.
• Register patients and collect demographic and insurance information.
• Obtain insurance cards and referrals; input into system.
• Process co-payments and balances at check-in and checkout.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
• Assist with day-end procedures and reports.
