Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and accurate data entry.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients courteously and coordinate efficient patient flow.
• Register patients, collect co-payments, and process TOS payments.
• Update demographics and insurance information and schedule follow-ups.
• Answer phones, provide triage and route messages.
• Prepare forms and ensure records are updated in the system.
• Monitor no-shows and communicate with patients about missed appointments.
• Support process improvements and uphold high reliability and Just Culture.
• Maintain neat front office and assist team during meetings.
