Job summary

Heartflow is hiring a Territory Account Manager in the United States. You will be the face of Heartflow in a defined region, engaging with Cardiologists and other clinicians to drive adoption of Heartflow’s non-invasive cardiac pathway.

Expect 20–25% travel from a home office. The role emphasizes relationship building, clinical education, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of sales achievement.
• Experience building clinical programs is preferred.
• Ability to grasp clinical/technical information and disseminate to customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of Heartflow cCTA/FFRct pathway within key accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to support accounts and program development.
• Educate referring physicians on Heartflow value proposition and pathway.
• Meet/exceed quota and drive case growth in assigned accounts.
