Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to represent our non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology. You will drive adoption within a geographic region by engaging Cardiologists, PCPs, and nurse practitioners, educating stakeholders, and building strong relationships.

You will travel approximately 20-25% from a home office, collaborating with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to meet quota and expand Heartflow use in designated accounts.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent with 5+ years in sales or clinical experience.
• Experience in medical devices, cardiology, or hospital settings is highly desirable.
• Ability to grasp clinical/technical information and educate customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Heartflow CT Pathway with referring physicians in the TAM region.
• Develop and execute business plans with account stakeholders; coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Educate customers on Heartflow value proposition and cultivate relationships with key physicians.
• Meet quota and drive cCTA growth and FFRct penetration in assigned accounts.
