Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to represent its AI-driven cardiovascular diagnostics in a defined regional territory. You will work with cardiologists, primary care physicians, and hospital staff to ensure successful adoption of Heartflow's non-invasive coronary pathway, while traveling ~20–25% from a home office.

The role requires proven sales achievement, clinical savvy, and the ability to translate complex technology into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales or clinical roles in healthcare.
• Experience selling medical devices or cardiology tech is preferred.
• Ability to explain complex medical technology to clinicians.
• Experience with hospitals adoption of new cardiovascular tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of Heartflow's cCTA/FFRct pathway with strategic accounts.
• Coordinate with HQ resources and cross-functional teams for program deployment.
• Educate referring physicians and build relationships with key clinical stakeholders.
• Meet quota and drive cCTA growth and FFRct penetration in accounts.
