Job summary

Carle Health is seeking an experienced cardiac ultrasound technologist to perform echocardiograms and related imaging for adult patients. You will assist with exercise and stress testing, collaborate with cardiologists, and ensure high-quality studies.

Relocation and sign-on bonuses are available for eligible candidates. ARDMS/CCI within 1 year and BLS within 30 days are required; education in sonography or related field is expected, with new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• ARDMS/CCI registration within 1 year.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days.
• Education: Sonography or related field.
• Accept New Grads.

Responsibilities

• Performs high-quality two-dimensional ultrasound studies of the heart and great vessels.
• Identifies ECG abnormalities and assists with exercise and non-exercise stress testing.
• Uses Doppler, M-Mode, and imaging techniques to assess cardiac function.
• Evaluates structural abnormalities and documents findings for cardiology review.
• Works with cardiologists to interpret results and participate in stress echocardiography.
