Job summary

Carle Health is seeking an ultrasound technologist to provide high-quality echocardiography for adult patients. You will perform comprehensive cardiac ultrasound studies, assist with stress testing, and collaborate with cardiology to ensure accurate interpretation.

Qualifications include ARDMS or CCI registration within 1 year and BLS within 30 days; new grads welcome. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Certifications: ARDMS or CCI within 1 year and BLS within 30 days.
• Education: Sonography or related field.
• Experience: Open to new grads.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality two-dimensional ultrasound studies of the heart and great vessels.
• Identify ECG abnormalities and assess various cardiac functions.
• Use M-Mode, Doppler, and contrast when appropriate for accurate imaging.
• Evaluate chamber sizes, valvular function, and blood flow with Doppler.
• Document findings and discuss results with the cardiologist.
