Job summary

Affirm is shaping the future of consumer finance with the Affirm Card at the core. We seek a Director of Product to own the Card domain end-to-end, including consumer experience, growth, and the platform that powers issuance, authorization, servicing, and partner integrations.

You will lead a high‑performing PM team, translate strategy into a coherent roadmap, and align stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Credit, Legal, Partnerships, and GTM to drive durable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management leading multi-team domains.
• Track record of owning large domains with meaningful financial impact.
• Experience building and scaling PM teams.
• Strong judgment on complex system tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year Card vision across consumer experience and economics.
• Lead US direct-to-consumer card products.
• Oversee Card Platform including authorization and servicing.
• Translate strategy into a roadmap for multiple teams.
• Build a high-performing product organization.
• Own GMV, engagement, and credit outcomes for Card domain.
• Drive platform APIs and cross-team collaboration.
