Nouria Energy’s Golden Nozzle Car Wash in Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will help optimize workflow, maintain safety, and execute sales initiatives to boost revenue.

Ideal candidates will develop a high-performing team, monitor KPIs, and lead shifts in the Site Manager’s absence, all in a fast-paced environment that values quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Able to work up to 50 hours per week
• Flexible availability to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily site operations, including staffing support and coaching
• Ensure facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational
• Optimize workflow and vehicle throughput to minimize wait times
• Provide best-in-class customer service and address inquiries promptly
• Assist with sales initiatives and membership growth to drive revenue
• Monitor inventory and restock chemicals, parts, and supplies
• Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance
• Review operational reports and KPIs to improve site performance
• Collaborate with Site Manager on goals and initiatives
• Lead shifts and manage operations in the Site Manager’s absence
