Nouria Energy is hiring a hands-on Car Wash Operations Assistant Manager for Golden Nozzle Car Wash in Wilmington, NC. You will support daily operations, coach a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You will help optimize throughput, manage inventory, and drive safety and compliance while executing sales initiatives to grow membership and revenue.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred (car wash/retail/service is a plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic operational software systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily site operations including staffing support, scheduling, coaching and performance feedback.
• Help ensure facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational.
• Support efforts to optimize workflow and vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and boost customer experience.
• Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly.
• Assist with executing sales initiatives and membership growth strategies to drive revenue and retention.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering/restocking of chemicals, parts, and supplies.
• Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
• Review operational reports and KPIs to improve site performance.
• Collaborate with Site Manager on goals and business initiatives.
