Job summary

Innovative Captive Strategies (ICS) is seeking a highly motivated Captive Executive to expand our Property & Casualty captive insurance practice across strategic markets in the United States.

This role focuses on building new business opportunities, developing agency partnerships, and guiding clients through innovative risk financing solutions. You will operate with autonomy, engaging senior decision-makers and shaping growth in a developing market.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in insurance, business development, consulting, captive insurance, or related field.
• Proven success in consultative sales and relationship management.
• Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred.
• Insurance licensing (or ability to obtain licensure within three months).
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market expansion strategies within assigned territories.
• Build relationships with insurance agencies, brokers, consultants, and business leaders.
• Generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and consultative sales efforts.
• Lead conversations with prospective clients and agency partners to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
• Educate clients on captive insurance strategies and alternative risk solutions.
• Provide consultative guidance that helps clients gain greater control, stability, and long-term value from their insurance programs.
• Present complex concepts in a clear, practical, and business-focused manner.
• Serve as the strategic lead for group captive programs.
