Job summary

Innovative Captive Strategies (ICS) is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Relationship Management professional to expand our Property & Casualty captive insurance practice across the United States.

As a Captive Executive you will build relationships with agencies and business leaders, lead market expansion efforts, educate clients on captive strategies, and drive growth while traveling up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market expansion strategies within assigned territories.
• Build relationships with insurance agencies, brokers, consultants, and business leaders.
• Generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and consultative sales efforts.
• Lead conversations with prospective clients and agency partners to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
• Educate clients and partners on captive insurance strategies and alternative risk solutions.
• Provide consultative guidance that helps clients gain greater control, stability, and long-term value from their insurance programs.
• Present complex concepts in a clear, practical, and business-focused manner.
• Serve as the strategic lead for group captive programs.
• Partner with clients, agency partners, captive members, and vendors to support program growth and long-term success.
• Facilitate member meetings, educational sessions, and strategic planning discussions.
• Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to help shape captive strategy and market direction.
• Represent ICs at industry events, meetings, and business development initiatives.
• Mentor and support team members while fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
