Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for Hard Surface Flooring in the Capital Region (Albany/Schene­ctady area) to grow Shaw’s profitability and market share.

You will build strong relationships with flooring dealers and customers, executing market programs and sample placement to drive growth. The role requires daily sales calls, product presentations to dealers/designers/end-users, and ongoing reporting of sales performance.

Qualifikationen

• High-school diploma or GED required with 1 year of sales experience.
• Must reside in the Albany Capital Region market.
• Ability to travel by vehicle capable of carrying product samples and 50-lb displays.

Aufgaben

• Make daily sales calls on existing customers focusing on hard surface flooring products, samples, displays, and related products.
• Present Shaw products to retailers, designers and end-users and analyze leads from corporate reports.
• Sell and assemble display racks weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Continually prospect for new accounts within the geographic area.
