Greystar seeks a Maintenance Technician to support Cape Cod properties, performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and make-ready tasks to ensure clean, safe, and well-operated buildings. Diagnose issues, complete work orders, manage inventory, and assist with grounds and common areas.

The role requires EPA certifications Type 1 and II (or Universal) for refrigerants, a valid driver’s license, and adherence to safety policies.

Formación

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property where applicable.
• Experience in maintenance or property upkeep is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle work orders from residents and preventive maintenance.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant apartments and schedule vendors.
• Track inventory and manage materials for maintenance tasks.
• Document work completed for records and audits.
• Assist with grounds, cleaning, painting, and signage as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in safety trainings.
