Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide friendly, attentive service in-branch.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while ensuring policy compliance.
• Educate clients on mobile and online banking tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with teammates to meet client goals.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling per bank procedures.
