Job summary

The Cannabis Advisor role at FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and educational consulting within a fast-paced retail setting. You will help customers and patients understand cannabis products, answer questions, and ensure smooth online order pick-up while staying compliant with local and state laws.

You’ll stock displays, assist with transactions at the POS, and support managers.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
Must be 21 years of age and comply with regulations.
Background check and appropriate state badging as directed.
Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application.
Ability to use office equipment and software (Word, Excel, email).
Learn and understand federal, state and local cannabis laws and safety.

Responsibilities

Greet customers with a positive attitude and advocate cannabis customer care.
Help customers and patients navigate cannabis and educate them on product use.
Build rapport with regular customers to promote repeat business.
Provide information on types, methods and efficacy of cannabis products.
Keep workstation and store front clean, organized and sanitized.
Ensure accuracy of online orders before pick-up and update inventory in systems.
