Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is seeking a Cannabis Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and educational consulting in a fast-paced retail setting. The role includes helping customers navigate cannabis products for wellness, while ensuring compliance and accurate order handling.

The position requires 21+ with 1-2 years retail experience, a high school diploma, and a willingness to learn about cannabinoids and product applications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
• Criminal background check and appropriate state badging required.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and their included software (Word, Excel, email).
• Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to the cannabis industry and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and usage as a wellness product.
• Build rapport with regular customers to promote repeat business.
• Assist customers in navigating cannabis products and provide information on types and efficacy.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and storefront.
• Ensure accuracy of online orders before pickup and comply with inventory systems where applicable.
• Support managers and other Cannabis Advisors as needed.
• Adhere to local and state compliance regulations.
