Qualifications

• Background check and state badging required.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product usage methods.
• Proficient with office equipment and basic software.
• Learn and understand cannabis laws and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and usage.
• Navigate customers through product options and explain differences.
• Build rapport with regular customers to promote repeat business.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and storefront.
• Ensure accuracy of online orders before pickup.
• Stock, merchandise, and replenish displays.
• Assist with compliance and inventory systems (METRC, BioTrack).
• Support management and other Cannabis Advisors as needed.
