Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to engage customers at the dispensary, educate on products and usage, and assist with daily operations. The role focuses on delivering a positive, compliant retail experience with attention to safety and accurate order handling.

The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, be 21+, pass background checks, and be comfortable working a flexible schedule including weekends. Training on GTI products will be provided.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass background checks including state cannabis requirements.
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must comply with cannabis industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment.
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
