Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a friendly Personal Care Specialist to deliver exceptional service in our Deerfield Beach dispensary. You will help patients and customers choose products and methods of use, providing personalized recommendations and safety guidance.

Maintain a welcoming, compliant environment, educate guests on GTI’s offerings, and support daily store operations, including inventory and curbside or in-store processes. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience in a retail setting.
• Ability to work a variable schedule including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable attendance and dependability.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass background checks.
• Possess a valid driver’s license or state ID and meet cannabis employment requirements.
• Must comply with all cannabis laws and company regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients/customers in a retail environment and assist with product selection.
• Educate customers on products, consumption methods, and safety as part of patient interaction.
• Recommend safe, effective regimens based on customer needs and product knowledge.
• Maintain a positive, patient-focused store atmosphere and assist management with operations.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy and support store processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold compliance with local/state cannabis regulations and maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
