Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a friendly Personal Care Specialist to guide customers through the dispensary experience. You will engage with patients and customers, explain products and consumption methods, and tailor recommendations to individual needs.

This role emphasizes education, safety, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced retail setting. You will keep the floor stocked, assist with checkouts, support management, and contribute to a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Able to work a schedule inclusive of varying shifts (mornings, days, nights, weekends).
• Reliable, responsible attendance.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Pass all background checks including cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must comply with all cannabis industry regulations.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction.
• Recommend a safe and effective regimen using product knowledge.
• Promote a positive, customer-oriented store environment.
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support management to ensure compliant store operations.
• Enforce local and state cannabis regulations.
• Keep the sales floor stocked and presentable.
• Maintain hard copy files as required.
• Follow security and safety procedures.
• Front of House: Check In, Sales Floor, POS, Curbside, Roll Thru.
• Back of House: Fulfillment, Receiving, Replenishment, Inventory Counts.
• Maintenance: Keep cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
