Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail-like setting.
• Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance.
• Must be 21 or older and pass background checks for cannabis employment.
• Hold a valid driver’s license or state ID and comply with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a retail environment and assist with product recommendations.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption and safety.
• Recommend safe regimens based on customer needs and stay updated on product knowledge.
• Support store operations, verify deliveries, and assist management as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local/state cannabis regulations and maintain sales floor appearance.
• Handle basic duties at assigned workstations including check-in, POS, and curbside services.
• Maintain accurate patient/customer information and protect confidential data.
