Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is hiring for a Personal Care Specialist to engage one-on-one with patients and customers in a cannabis dispensary. You will guide product selection, educate on usage and safety, and ensure a compliant, customer-friendly environment.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of customer service experience, are 21+, and can work varied shifts including weekends. Strong communication and ability to maintain regulatory compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of customer service or frontline retail experience.
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Must be 21 years or older and pass background checks for cannabis employment.
• Must have valid driver's license or state ID and comply with cannabis regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients/customers in a retail cannabis environment and assist with product selection.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction.
• Recommend safe regimens based on knowledge of GTI products and consumption methods.
• Maintain a positive, customer-oriented store atmosphere and assist in daily store operations.
