Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a friendly Personal Care Specialist to engage with patients and customers in our Clearwater dispensary, guiding product selection and consumption methods.

You will educate guests on GTI products, uphold safety and regulatory standards, process orders, and maintain a welcoming, compliant store environment while ensuring high-quality patient care and service.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail setting.
• Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must pass background checks and comply with cannabis industry regulations.
• Must be 21 years or older and have valid ID or driver's license.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities
