Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass all required background checks including state-specific cannabis employment requirements
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
• Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
• Prior cannabis experience not required

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment
• Educate patients/customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend safe and effective regimens based on patient needs and maintain product knowledge
• Maintain a positive, patient- and customer-oriented work environment
• Verify accuracy of orders and assist management to ensure smooth store operations
• Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations and store appearance
• Handle front-of-house and back-of-house tasks per shift
• Maintain records and handle security procedures
