Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Personal Care Specialist for our Yulee, FL dispensary. You will connect with patients and customers from entry through checkout, offering product education and safe usage guidance in a welcoming, friendly setting.

The role requires strong customer service, ability to learn quickly about cannabis products, and adherence to all safety and regulatory guidelines. A POS system background and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or similar setting.
• Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Must pass background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must be 21+ and have valid ID or license to work in Florida.
• Compliance with all cannabis industry regulations and HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients/customers in a retail environment from entry to checkout.
• Educate customers on products, methods, and safety; stay current on product knowledge.
• Recommend safe, effective regimens based on customer needs.
• Maintain a positive, customer-oriented store atmosphere and assist in operations.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy and support store management.
