Job summary

Green Thumb Industries seeks a friendly Personal Care Specialist to engage one-on-one with patients and customers in our dispensary. You’ll guide product selection, explain methods of consumption, and ensure accurate, safe usage while maintaining a welcoming retail environment.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience, reliability, and a willingness to learn about GTI products and cannabis regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting day, evening, and weekend schedules.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience; cannabis retail preferred.
• Able to work mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must be 21+ and pass background checks.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must comply with cannabis industry regulations.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients/customers in a retail dispensary environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe regimens and stay current on product knowledge.
• Keep sales floor stocked and compliant with regulations.
• Support management and ensure smooth store operations.
• Uphold security and safety procedures.
